Rebranding of IdentityModel and migration to a new repository.

Hi all,

We are rebranding IdentityModel to Duende.IdentityModel (with the same Apache2 licence terms) and are moving the management of the code base under the DuendeSoftware organisation in our FOSS repository. This will mean that there will be continued maintenance of this project with the quality you can expect from Duende.

From now on, please create issues in that repository instead of this one.

Outstanding issues and PR's here will be ported and/or closed, after which this repository will be archived.
