%fafa breaks on lowercase secrets

Some sites (specifically uphold.com) apparently give you their base32 secret in lowercase. %fafa currently dies when that happens.

If I add ~monted-tallex (me) as a pal, the interface says it was processed successfully, but nothing actually changes (including after a reload). I feel like it should either show an error, or succeed ...

The main page in %pals refers to an incoming-only ship as a leeche . Should probably just automatically lowercase for you, and maybe even remove any other illicit characters. Alternatively we could consider making tags/lists not strictly @ta, but this complicated the scry ...
