Bring the project up to date

Hi Brock,

I really like IdentityManager, but its dependencies are a bit dated right now. I want it to work with ASP .NET Core v1.0.4 and the latest version of Identity. We're both short in time right now, but I might be able to squeeze in a couple of hours to try to make it work. If I did, would you be willing to take a PR? Anything else apart from this that i need to know before contributing?

This project is not really actively maintained anymore (for katana). Also, are the bugs/security issues that the current dependencies cause?
