Address Administrative Tasks - Phase 3

Below are all the administrative tasks that need to be accomplished for this phase.

• Update README files at the beginning of this milestone and/or Issue.

  • Revisit the project readme to update the Side Note, the reference to the Data Collecting App, and the reference to the Blood Glucose Beacon app. Hopefully by this time there will be sufficient material in those apps to link to them and their projects...
  • Revisit the repo readme to update any relevant sections, the reference to the Data Collecting App, and the reference to the Blood Glucose Beacon app. Hopefully by this time there will be sufficient material in those apps to link to them and their projects...
