[Bug] 'COE2 - Serhiivka' is not working properly.

game version : 1.3.0.130
mod list: ACE core, Coe2, Coe2 - Serhiivka, Kex Sceneario core, Map maker Menu Fix, Railway Generator, WCS_core, WCS_Serhiivka, wolfsbuidlingpack
All modes are the latest version.

If I select “COE2 - Serhiivka” in the scenario and after starting the game, I should see a map, but instead I see a blank map screen. Then select a play faction and deploy, and it works fine. However, if I select the mission area selection menu on the mission board, I get a blank map instead of the normal map, and all the keys are broken and I can't create a mission.
