This option would make sure that there is no listening socket on a particular client. This will be useful for testing. If both the sides use this option, then the traffic would all go via the relay.

We only send IPv4 addresses as hints across. IPv6 offers the possibility of a direct connection and not needing a relay as IPv6 deployments increase.
