Possible conflict with VFE Androids #23

i have a weird bug where i can't install bionics on animals, only on mechanoids, something related to factions?? if i try to induce animal to coma it says that it will anger my faction for some reason, here's the log: https://gist.github.com/HugsLibRecordKeeper/30100207a62eaddfb1515df228c236ed

visual exceptions threw out VFE Androids as an issue
