Math-DCT

An unscaled DCT-II implementation for 1D and NxN 2D matrices in XS. FCT for
power-of-2 matrices.

INSTALLATION

To install this module, run the following commands:

	perl Makefile.PL
	make
	make test
	make install

perldoc command.
