Unable to launch the ios mobile driver when we are connected with the client's VPN

Issue: Cannot launch IOS driver while connecting with Client's VPN

1. Initially we connected with network team and they investigated and suspected that it might be MacBook settings issue
2. Then we connect with MacTeam (UK desktop Mac support team ) They confirmed this is not Mac settings issue 
3. provided new Mac remote machine to reproduce the issue in remote Mac machine ,
   Then issue is reproducible with clients - VPN (cannot launch the mobile driver), without connecting to HKVPN and connecting to local network (can launch the mobile driver)
   4.From our Office network it is working fine (no need to connect to Client -VPN)

Below are the investigations that our network team has done:

Network team took multiple wireshark traces to ascertain where the failure is coming. It appears that the Mac has an internal loopback address (127.0.0.1) that is causing this issue. The ports they are trying to reach are already part of the 43 Access Control List that are part of the VPN tunnel group for our company – the proof of this is that Windows machine is working fine.

Desktop team built a vanilla Mac connected to our Network in King St and gave access to our company team where they faced the same issue.
