Small Error in Notes from Lecture 7

Hi Mr. Fujita,

These are beautiful notes and help many learners like me. However, if you can make changes, there is a small error that needs to be fixed.

On Lecture_07.ipynb: While solving the Difference Equation, on the equation 18:

P0 = 0, for B = -A

There's also a typo in equation 21.
