Constant loading when opening Zendesk #38

Hi!
I added Zendesk to the our app, but when I open it it just loads and nothing else happens.

I see an entry in the console:

web-widget-framework-d85a06002b6d9f732360.js:2 The Zopim widget embed code is invalid. Please email chat@zendesk.com with your account key: sQp81w978vtGhITlPN6I3wgKK3
