Hide messages from blocked user

to avoiding conflict with member on the group i should block the user sometime user still disturb on the group even i already blocked

Add feature to hide messages from blocked user
either hidden behind spoiler or completely hide them
(but i prefer to completely hide them)

this feature already requested since long time ago on official telegram bug and report website
but until today still not implemented yet
