Repository cannot be cloned due to SIBIR_viewers being private or not listed

Unfortunately i am failing to clone the repository due to a lack of permissions.
As it seems to me one or possibly more submodules are missing or set to private.

For example: SIBIR_viewers cant be accessed by me.

Is this essential for the functionality of this repo?

It is essential to being able to view the model live. It's an odd issue, seems like a gitlab thing? Hopefully it gets resolved soon.
