Hello!
I would like to ask, in the downstream survival analysis, there is no open source code related to the training part, I would like to learn from you.

Hi @PaigeZZ We have incorporated the Cox loss in our published codebase. One can re-use the pipe in our repository for tumor origin prediction by simply replacing the loss function and training the model accordingly. This standard framework has been employed and validated in several prior studies within the field. A single output, referred to as a "risk score," can be generated to stratify the cohorts into "high-risk" and "low-risk" groups in the validation.

In case you may be interested in the basics.
