Can I use the open-source chief pretrain model to detection cells ? Is the open-source CHIEF pretrain model only about the open source branch and not applicable to other branches，example cell detection for heatmap work.

What do you mean by open-sourced branch? CHIEF can be used for cancerous cell detection, which means it classifies either the tested sample is cancerous or not. It is not "detecting" (segmenting) cells.

In other words, does the open-source model weight support all downstream tasks of CHIEF, or does each downstream task correspond to a WSI feature extraction model weight of CHIEF
