individual meta title tag and meta description

Hi Helmut,
first of all thank you for this amazing extension.
For a customer, we would need something special regarding your extension: we have built a blog with some sort of filter so far, so good. But when we click on the tags from the tagcloud, the URL changes but the meta-title and meta description remain the same which is a problem for SEO. I am therefore contacting you now, to ask if there is a possibility to extend your extension ;o) so that we can define an individual meta title and meta description for each used tag. Or if you have another workaround, I am open to it.

Phew, this is a very delicate matter. The problem is that this would require an editor in the backend to assign meta titles and meta descriptions to each tag. Manipulating the meta tags based on a selected tag should be possible.

Ideally it would be helpful if the editor is available when you edit tags in the backend. I honestly don't have a clue how to realise this in an usable and easy to use component in the backend. Editing the tags is a free text input field, synchronising these tags with additional metadata can be difficult.
