Description of project

This is for Subteam 1 in the Open Austin data research hub umbrella. This subteam handles

• evangelizing the research hub to local orgs
• building/maintaining those relationships to add low-stakes questions to populate Col A in the hub

The Open Austin data research hub is a shared community resource for us to ask and answer questions about our neighborhoods. As this hub grows, we'll strengthen our understanding of Austin and help orgs and individuals alike to tackle big problems at the neighborhood level.
