Description of project

This is for Subteam 2 in the Open Austin data research hub umbrella. This subteam handles

• Reaching out to entry-level data folks/groups from demographics across the digital divide, to raise awareness about opportunity to gain experience
• Providing accountability to the entry-level contributors

The Open Austin data research hub is a shared community resource for us to ask and answer questions about our neighborhoods. As this hub grows, we'll strengthen our understanding of Austin and help orgs and individuals alike to tackle big problems at the neighborhood level.
