Description

are currently using Identity Server version ​7.0.6 in our production environment and have encountered the following issue:

"Fail to load ASP.net Core run time

Upon investigation, we identified that the error occurs due to the automatic installation of the Microsoft ASP.NET Core 8.0.13 shared framework on the server. This installation results in an error, which is resolved only after uninstalling the ASP.NET Core 8.0.13 shared framework.

Previously, only Microsoft ASP.NET Core 8.0.12 was installed. However, the ASP.NET Core 8.0.13 shared framework is being installed automatically at regular intervals, approximately once per week.

We require your assistance in identifying the root cause and implementing a solution to prevent this issue from recurring.
