Description

Our company was running Identity Server on Azure AppService under the windows. But then we migrated into Azure AppService under the linux. After this event we started observing the following message:

Your license for Duende IdentityServer only permits 1 number of issuers. You have processed requests for 2. The issuers used were: ["https://[ID SERVER DOMAIN]/rest", "https://[ID SERVER DOMAIN]"]. This might be due to your server being accessed via different URLs or a direct IP and/or you have reverse proxy or a gateway involved. This suggests a network infrastructure configuration problem, or you are deliberately hosting multiple URLs and require an upgraded license.

Question: how do we remove any other reference to the old issuer? Can we clear the list of issuers in Duende so the actual issuer will be populated?

• Are you exposing IdentityServer on multiple paths? If so that should be fixed. This is often caused by UsePathBase being used incorrectly.
• Are clients accessing it on multiple URLs?

I've just double checked if the issue still exists and errors stopped 5 days ago.
IdentityServer is running on the single path but under the Linux the only root URL is resolving (under the Windows the whole path was resolving).
