As someone who is on a german train, I still want to read data on my Pod, so that I can consult it for my work even while offline.

I want to be able to choose what data will be stored offline (accessible without logging in), and have a way of updating to the latest version when I am online again.

Could be implemented using service workers and the Cache API.
