The goal of this issue is to provide a tracker for problems encountered on different environments when launching the installation playbook.

I ran the ansible-playbook successfully in the following environment:
Red Hat Enterprise Linux release 8.6 (Ootpa)
EC2 t2.medium instance

Followed the instruction for initialing TUF using cosign initialize without any errors.
But when I try to "cosign sign" I get an internal server error (code 500) getting key from Fulcio.
