Test-Grid: Automatically free up space when the disk gets full #11

The test-grid runs on a small-ish VM, and sooner or later, its free disk space will run out.

Let's have something automatic in place to make sure the server never has to refuse new shares from eager testers or devs.

Might be using https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/blob/nixos-unstable/nixos/modules/system/boot/systemd/tmpfiles.nix ?
