Godaddyのプランの問題もある

Plugin: WP Super Cache
とりあえず、このプラグインを導入したら、かなり速くなった

しばらくアクセスしてないと、サーバーが稼動しなくなるので、
1日の初めにアクセスした場合などは遅い。

キャッシュを使うと、更新した際にすぐに反映されない・・・。
更新したら一度キャッシュを全て消すような設定はないものか？
