There is noticeable lag in many animations and button interactions, such as updating, pressing "OK," and others. Additionally, the buttons take a moment to respond to mouse hover detection.

This is a problem due to poor optimization of Adguards converter. I don't see a solution other than to try to bug AdGuard to fix their concurrency problems or make my own converter.
