What happened?

Was unlocking apotheosis world tiers and went to quick equip a chestplate after I took my helmet off.

I was met with two massive bricks tinted to the rarity of my armor.

Only the text remains invisible, everything else about it seems to work

I have tested with other pieces of armor for all slots, and this problem seems to apply for all types of armor whether it be vanilla or modded.
