The following line appears to have a typo:
"Reproducibility comes from our obligations and desires to work ethically, honestly, and with confidence that the data and knowledge we produce is done has integrity."

Should this be “the data and knowledge we produce has integrity” or “the data and knowledge we produce is done with integrity”?
