Ability to disable wrapping

Currently calling split-cycleworkspaces, prev on the first workspace will jump to the last workspace (and vice versa when on the last workspace). It would be nice if we could disable this so that it becomes a no-op.

I'm willing to make a PR. Should this be a config option or a different argument to the dispatcher?

I like that idea! I think a different argument would be best, that way both options can still be used without having to change the config in-between.
