'Value' widget on main screen does not update for some sensors

Current Behavior

As reported by Osvetitel on Discord, the 'Value' widget does not update properly for some telemetry sensors when the widget is on the main screen view. The widget is updated if it is in the top bar area.

The problem occurs with telemetry sensors that return string values instead of numeric values. The Value widget only checks for changes in numeric sensor value.

Expected Behavior

The Value widget should be able to detect changes in all telemetry sensor values.

Steps To Reproduce

Add the Value widget to the main view connected to a telemetry sensor that gets a text value from the input telemetry.
