What kind of chage does the algorithm works on,for example if there are 100 tress in the satellite imagery in 2016 and no trees in 2024 for the same area ,is it considered as a change or if there a 100 trees in 2016 and 50 trees in 2024 is it considered a change,How the change detection algorithm works here.
