#6437 Was implemented to block members-only videos from showing up in the app by hiding the "Members-Only" playlist on channels' home pages. However it seems that since then YouTube may have changed the way members-only videos are handled.
The example shown on #6437 is the Linus Tech Tips channel. As I write this, the current video at the top of the "Videos" list on the Home tab is My Framework Investment Should NOT Have Worked Out, but on the Videos tab there is another video at the top of the list: Pranking Colton by "Promoting" Him. The latter is a member-only video. If you subscribe to Linus Tech Tips in FreeTube, that "Pranking" video is in the feed. No amount of refreshing removes it.
I would have added this all to #6425, but that seems to have been locked because the discussion got too heated. I just wanted to add some evidence to back up a request to have a more robust method of blocking those videos from FreeTube.
