Description

the download templates are outdated

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '...'
  3. Scroll down to '...'
  4. See error
    expo init my-app --template @native-base/expo-template

this one installs old reactnative with expo kindly look into it

I can also confirm that using npx react-native@latest init MyAwesomeProject --template @native-base/react-native-template results in an installation of v0.64.2 while RN is at v0.71.3, so it's not limited to expo installs.
