What would you like to share?

Im hosting this beautiful project for myself and maybe some friends later on.
Since I'm new to this project, currently I only can see that public pastes are always allowed?
I would like to turn it off so only registered users are allowed to use my website.
Is there an option or plans in the future to reach my goal?
