Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Follow-up to #1517
So far the ECAL projections use truth information, we added some code already to rely on ACTS tracking, but the defaults were not changed yet.

Describe the solution you'd like

Move the default for the ECAL projections to rely on the state-of-the art tracking, updated in #1526

Describe alternatives you've considered

No alternative, we have to do this in real data.
