Validity is guaranteed by being able to successfully execute PDS4 Validate Tool.

In PDS4, and Submission Information Package is a Product_SIP_Deep_Archive. https://pds.nasa.gov/datastandards/documents/im/v1/index_1D00.html#class_pds_product_sip_deep_archive
