Issue details

CITATION.cff contains some dummy fields that need to be adjusted by the user. E.g.

python-template/template/{% if AddCitation %}CITATION.cff{% endif %}.jinja

date-released: 20??-MM-DD

As the result cffconvert workflow fails.

Consider reducing to the minimum to make it pass similar to:
https://github.com/abelsiqueira/BestieTemplate.jl/blob/main/template/CITATION.cff.jinja
