Fix the issue where clicking on NemePoints on the Gaming Group => Plays tab (and other places) still triggers a row click and takes you to a different page.

Add a "?" hover/click popover for anything that needs additional explanation - NemePoints breakdown, Championed games explanation, etc.

Clicking on a row in the https://localhost:44300/GameDefinition/Details/114271 "Last x plays" section doesn't actually link to the details page.
