When I use stk-make-server, the first steps go well, until I get to the question whether I want to start the server after the setup is complete, then I enter that I want to. When I complete the setup, the server does not start itself, even though I indicated this in the installation process.

The issue's topic does not seem to match with what is described in the issue. Please specify whether or not you mean the automatically starting the server when the wrapper is started (python stkserver_wrapper.py) or the last question of the server creation step.

P.ease make sure that you specified the executable path, path to the cloned stk-code repository for the datapath. Make sure that you hit 'y' with the correct keyboard layout, otherwise it will just treat any other input symbol as "no".
If your server starts with the stk-start (server-name) command, then it's likely that the issue was the wrong key. If it does not, make sure the executable exists and is executable.
