[data-bs-theme]="inverted"

Description

We don't know yet if this is a good idea or not, but it's possible that [data-bs-theme]="inverted" lands on Bootstrap side at some point. In this case, here's a list of elements to look at on our side:

• We removed the "Cards filled black" example because we don't have any data-bs-theme="inverted" allowing to switch between themes while being in dark/light mode. If data-bs-theme="inverted" is introduced, let's put that example back.
• Doc proposal not integrated but suggested in Dark mode: Utilities (bg, border, color) #2362
• Use .text-bg-secondary instead of .text-bg-dark for toasts (see https://github.com/Orange-OpenSource/Orange-Boosted-Bootstrap/pull/2380/files#r1393855986 suggestion)

Note: this issue is closed so that it's not in the backlog forever, but it can be reopened if [data-bs-theme]="inverted" is integrated to Bootstrap
