OD1 metadata exports for Partners Collections postmig-QA

Please generate CSV-format metadata exports from OD1, for these three Partners Collections, plus the Siuslaw Collection (which is currently a hybrid SCARC/Partners):

Collection aliases:

• middle-east-water
• herbarium
• art-architecture-design
• siuslaw

For the format and included fields, we just need the same as the example CSV format export from Gerald Williams collection in SCARC.
