The option add_dimension seems to be misspelled:
https://github.com/PDAL/java/blob/master/core-scala/src/main/scala/io/pdal/pipeline/PipelineExpressions.scala#L535

When we run a filter.python we get:

'pdal::pdal_error'
  what():  filters.python: Unexpected argument 'add_dimenstion'.
