Running JMAVsim headless (HEADLESS=1 make posix jmavsim) on current master in Ubuntu 16.04 running in VMWare VM on Windows 10 gets regular accel 0 fail as shown:

Note however that this does not stop you flying or doing anything as far as I can tell. But it is disturbing and a sign of something not right. The hardware is very performant and the VM has a lot of allocated ram and cores.
