Branches had some major issues and they had to be re-done. So you will get issues when trying to do a git pull, and if resolving conflicts, it will be not working correctly.

To fix this, do this (if you had any modifications, backup them to another folder. If you used symbolic links for models, embeddings etc do the same)

git checkout main
git fetch origin
'if you weren't on dev, then do'
git checkout dev
git reset --hard origin/dev
'if you weren't on dev2, then do'
git checkout dev2
git reset --hard origin/dev2
'if you weren't on experimental, then do'
git checkout experimental
git reset --hard origin/experimental

Then you can do git checkout normally to the fixed branches.
