Fix solr_wrapper persistence bug #1

When I try to restart solr_wrapper, I get the error

$ rake hydra:server
rake aborted!
Failed to execute solr create: 
ERROR: 
Core 'hydra-development' already exists!
Checked core existence using Core API command:
http://localhost:8983/solr/admin/cores?action=STATUS&core=hydra-development
