Correct stain type and scale for input data in documentation

The expected inputs of this model should be PAS stained WSI at 8x down sampled resolution.
The documentation states that the model was trained with H&E.
Additionally, the scale is not described so the user can't have a clear idea of what resolution to pass as input argument to the segmenter.
