Description:

Whenever a parameter displayed in the !uptime command is 0, the actual part seems to be skipped.

Example:
ThePAP> !uptime
TWCore-Pub> Uptime: 7 days, 3 hours, , and 47 seconds.
ThePAP> !uptime
TWCore-Pub> Uptime: 7 days, 3 hours, , and 54 seconds.
ThePAP> !uptime
TWCore-Pub> Uptime: 7 days, 3 hours, 1 minute, and 1 second.

!uptime uses the Tools.getTimeDiffString method
