bootcamp directories exist, like coursereport.com, but bootcamps are generally targeted at entry to mid level ICs

coaches are a common resource for staff+ and people management.

at first, I thought this could be a coach directory - and it should include that

but on second thought, we can also include career dev services like taro

services should be rateable and taggable. coaching services will be tagged differently from taro, for example, but both can be in the catalog

services should also be tagged about whether they are focus on people management, IC development, or both
services should also be tagged for target level:

1. early career
2. mid/sr
3. staff+
4. Executive (I'm thinking Director, VP, CTO; someone more familiar can tell me if i'm wrong that director belongs in this group)

ladderly coach catalog? value add?

1. ladderly-certified mentors. the certification must be crafted in some signal-positive or outcome-driven way
2. consumers are rated on ladderly, not just providers (is this true on the other platforms?)
3. sort by frequency of review not just rating
4. two other metrics to combat "too good to be true": i. anon vs verified reviews and ii. "session to review ratio" so we can see filtering effects (common practice: if you review an app on the app store highly, it will subsequently ask you to review on the app store. session to review ratio mitigates the gaming of that metric)
5. coaches don't need to sign up. you can review a coach without their permission.
