teachable import

teachable users have a few properties we need to support:

1. first name, last name
2. total purchases (maybe create a transaction entity? or just a number for now like teachable_purchase_total)
3. marketing eligible (includes YES for leads)

Email blast should inform users of the transfer and encourage them to reset their password

We can have 1 or 2 follow ups before I delete the teachable site

Need to add last login on user table to DB, so we can follow up if they didn't log in after X days

Need to add marketing material opt in; also do new features count as marketing or system emails? Pass reset is a system email or like a necessary email I forget the term
