Inline navigation link

User want to add a dynamic link to the privacy page, posts page, archive or any other special purpose page, to an anchor word in a paragraph block. Dynamic, so the link doesn't get invalid when the URL to those change because of re-assigning or permalink structure change.

This is not linking, but site navigation.

The Navigation Link block could be the base of it, but has to be allowed outside Navigation block, and be inline.

If this cannot be made as a block (blocks can never be inline?) then the link tool should be enhanced with navigation link block features that insert some (short)code that can act as a dynamic link.

Other benefits: Such navigation can then safer be included in templates and reusable blocks.

Adding in context from @noisysocks via Trac comment 10:

Currently the only "inline block" that's supported is inline images.

In my opinion the best experience here would be to add a fake "My Privacy Page" result to the link suggestions UI which is automatically kept up to date.
