Patterns: enable a bulk import option for custom patterns

What problem does this address?

Currently, if you want to export and import patterns across sites, you can do so individually #53288 but there's not an easy way to do so in bulk. We want folks to use patterns so not having a bulk option where folks can move patterns around feels like a gap we'd want to fill. The Data Views work, which is very early and experimental, has an option right now for example. Here's the current experience:

Add an option to export custom patterns from the Import/Export screen, similar to posts/pages/dataviews.

Chiming in late, but I would 100% use this feature. I found this thread just now when searching for how to do that; I assumed there was already a way of exporting patterns, and I was a little surprised to notice that the exported theme (via Tools > Export) contained templates but not patterns.

Besides making it easier for me to move a theme from, say, my local dev environment to the remote site, this would also make it possible for me to re-use the same patterns across multiple sites. I'd love to be able to develop a bunch of basic patterns and then add them to new themes so I don't have to keep recreating them.

(Also, including patterns in the main theme export just seems like expected behavior for export; I initially wondered if they hadn't been exported because of a bug or a problem with my setup or something.)

Loving this feature too and wondering if we can also export/import a zip with patterns directly from the Site editor.

I found there is an open PR for Data Views that adds the ability to bulk export a set of patterns.

Bulk exporting is available #58897 and will land in WordPress 6.6 on July 16th. Going to update this issue as a result for bulk importing :)
